Call Filtering ​

Learn how to filter and search through your calls to find exactly what you're looking for.

Overview ​

Call filtering helps you quickly find specific calls using various search criteria. You can filter by:

  • Phone Number: Find calls from specific numbers
  • Assistant: View calls handled by particular assistants
  • Duration: Filter by call length
  • Contact: Find calls from specific contacts (new feature)
  • Date Range: Look at calls from specific time periods
  • Call ID: Search for specific call IDs

The filtering system works seamlessly across all your calls, providing consistent and reliable search results.

Available Filters ​

Phone Number Filter ​

  • Search by Number: Enter complete or partial phone numbers
  • Format Flexibility: Works with various phone number formats
  • International Numbers: Supports international number formats

Assistant Filter ​

  • Select Assistant: Choose from dropdown of available assistants
  • Multiple Selection: Some filters support multiple assistant selection
  • All Assistants: Option to view calls across all assistants

Duration Filter ​

Options include:

  • Less than 30 seconds: Short calls, often missed connections
  • More than 30 seconds: Full conversations
  • Custom Duration: Set specific duration ranges
  • All Durations: View calls of any length

Contact Filter (New Feature) ​

  • Select from Contacts: Choose from dropdown of known contacts
  • Auto-complete: Start typing contact name for quick selection
  • Contact History: See all calls from the selected contact
  • New Contacts: Recently created contacts appear automatically

Date Range Filter ​

  • Start Date: Set beginning of date range
  • End Date: Set end of date range
  • Quick Presets: Common ranges like "Last 7 days", "This month"
  • Custom Ranges: Set any specific date range needed

Call ID Filter ​

  • Exact Match: Search for specific call IDs
  • Partial Match: Find calls with IDs containing specific text
  • Case Insensitive: Search works regardless of capitalization

How to Use Filters ​

Basic Filtering ​

  1. Navigate to the Calls section
  2. Locate the filter controls at the top of the call list
  3. Select your desired filter criteria
  4. Apply filters - results update automatically
  5. Reset dynamic filters while keeping your search terms

Advanced Filtering ​

  1. Combine Multiple Filters: Use several filters together for precise results
  2. Save Filter Combinations: Some systems allow saving frequently used filter sets
  3. Export Filtered Results: Download filtered call lists as Excel files for further analysis

Contact Filtering (New) ​

  1. Find Contact Dropdown: Look for "Search by contact" filter
  2. Select Contact: Choose from the list of available contacts
  3. View Results: See only calls from that specific contact
  4. Combine with Other Filters: Use with date ranges or assistants for more specific results
