Compleet Integration ​
Connect your KI Agency platform with Compleet's comprehensive business suite to automate workflows and synchronize data across workforce management, vendor management, recruiting, and employee self services.
What is Compleet? ​
Compleet offers efficient and user-friendly solutions for workforce management, vendor management, recruiting, and employee self services. This integration allows you to automatically sync campaign data and contacts between your KI Agency platform and your Compleet system.

Setting Up Compleet Integration ​
Prerequisites ​
Before setting up the integration, you'll need:
- Access to your Compleet account
- API credentials from Compleet
- Administrative permissions in both systems
Step 1: Connect to Compleet ​
- Navigate to Integrations in the main menu
- Find Compleet in the list of available integrations
- Click Connect
- Enter your API key when prompted
- Configure your Compleet connection settings
- Click Connect to establish the connection
Step 2: Verify Connection ​
After connecting, you should see:
- A green "Connected" status on the Compleet integration card
- The integration appears as available in your campaign and assistant settings
Using Compleet with Campaigns ​
Once connected, you can configure your campaigns to work with Compleet data:
Campaign Integration Setup ​
- Open any campaign from your campaigns list
- Go to the Compleet Trigger tab (this tab will only appear if Compleet is properly installed)
- Enable the integration by turning on the switch
- Configure the following settings:
General Description ​
Add a description of what types of data fit this campaign. For example:
- "Focus on workforce candidates with specific skills"
- "Target vendors for partnership opportunities"
- "Employee engagement and feedback campaigns"
Data Synchronization ​
Select specific data types from your Compleet system:
- Browse available data sources from your connected Compleet account
- Select multiple data sources that match your campaign goals
- The system will automatically sync relevant information
Push Results Back ​
Enable automatic sending of call outcomes back to Compleet:
- When enabled: Call results and outcomes are automatically sent back to your Compleet system after each contact is called
- When disabled: Call results remain only in your campaign (default behavior)
- This helps keep your Compleet workforce and vendor data updated with the latest call outcomes
Campaign Automation ​
When properly configured, the integration will:
- Automatically pull relevant contacts from Compleet based on your settings
- Trigger campaigns when new matching records are added to Compleet
- Keep campaign data synchronized between both systems
- Push call results back to Compleet (when enabled) to keep workforce data updated
Using Compleet with Assistants ​
For assistants that support integrations, you can enable Compleet functionality:
Assistant Integration Setup ​
- Open any assistant from your assistants list
- Look for the Compleet tab (this tab will only appear if Compleet is properly installed)
- Configure the integration settings for your assistant
- Set up automated responses based on Compleet data
Assistant Automation ​
Your AI assistants can:
- Access Compleet data during phone calls
- Provide real-time information about workforce or vendor status
- Schedule meetings and appointments through Compleet's system
- Update records based on call outcomes
Contact Synchronization ​
The Compleet integration handles comprehensive contact management:
Automatic Data Formatting ​
- Contact information from Compleet is automatically formatted to platform standards
- Duplicate contacts are prevented by matching key identifiers
- Invalid contact information is filtered out during import
Contact Import Process ​
- Contacts are imported in batches for better performance
- The system handles large imports efficiently
- Import status and errors are tracked and reported
Troubleshooting ​
Common Issues ​
Integration Not Connecting
- Verify your API key is correct
- Check that you have proper permissions in your Compleet account
- Ensure your network allows connections to Compleet's servers
Integration Tabs Not Appearing
- Verify that Compleet is properly installed and enabled
- Check that you have the necessary permissions to access integration features
- Refresh your browser and try again
No Data Available
- Verify your Compleet account has active campaigns or data
- Check that your integration permissions allow access to the required data
- Contact your Compleet administrator if data sources are missing
Getting Help ​
If you encounter issues with the Compleet integration:
- Check the integration status in the Integrations section
- Review any error messages in the campaign or assistant logs
- Contact your system administrator
- Reach out to support if problems persist
Security Notes ​
- Your API keys are stored securely and encrypted
- Only authorized personnel should have access to integration settings
- Regularly review connected integrations and remove unused ones
