Settings
The Settings section allows administrators to configure various system-wide preferences for your account. These settings control how your data is managed and stored.
Available Settings
Remember Caller History
Control whether inbound callers are automatically recognised, linked to contacts, and have their history used to personalise future calls. Disable this on privacy-sensitive or anonymous inbound lines.

Data Retention

Verified Caller IDs (CLI)
Add your own phone numbers as verified caller IDs so that your outbound assistants can call contacts from a number you already own. Verification is done by a short phone call from Twilio.
