Welcome to Plug & Plai! This guide will help you get started with creating your account and setting up your AI telephone assistant.

Creating Your Account

To begin using Plug & Plai, you need to create an account:

  1. Visit the Plug & Plai registration page

  2. Fill in the required information:

    • Company Name: Enter your company or organization name
    • Email: Provide a valid email address for your account
    • First Name: Your first name
    • Last Name: Your last name
    • Phone Number (optional): You can optionally provide your phone number for account verification or support purposes
    • Accept the Terms and Conditions
  3. Click the registration button to create your account

About the Phone Number Field

The phone number field is optional during registration. While you're not required to provide a phone number to create an account, adding one can be helpful for:

  • Account verification and security
  • Support and assistance from our team
  • Important notifications about your account

If you choose to provide a phone number:

  • Enter it in international format (e.g., +49 176 12345678)
  • German numbers are supported by default
  • The system will automatically format and validate your number

You can always add or update your phone number later in your account settings.

Using the App on Mobile Devices

The Plug & Plai platform is designed for desktop use. If you open the app on a smartphone or tablet, you will see a "Desktop Only" page letting you know that the full experience is available on a computer.

However, you can still manage your account on the go using the AI assistant chat available directly on that page. Simply tap the "Chat with AI Assistant" button to open a full-screen chat widget. You can also tap one of the pre-written prompts to quickly perform common tasks, such as searching for a contact or checking your campaigns — all without needing a desktop computer.
