Welcome to the Integrations section! Here you'll learn how to connect your KI Agency platform with external systems to automate workflows and synchronize data.

What are Integrations? ​

Integrations allow your KI Agency platform to connect with external systems like CRM platforms, HR management systems, and other business tools. This enables automatic data synchronization and workflow automation.

Available Integration Types ​

Your platform supports different types of integrations:

  • Contact Sync: Automatically synchronize contact data between systems
  • Campaign Sync: Connect campaigns with external systems for automated lead processing and push call results back
  • Knowledge Base Sync: Keep your AI assistant's knowledge up-to-date with external data sources
  • Scheduling: Enable automatic meeting and appointment booking during calls

How Integrations Work ​

  1. Connection: Connect your external system using API keys or authentication
  2. Configuration: Set up which data to synchronize and how often
  3. Automation: The system automatically handles data synchronization in the background
  4. Monitoring: Track integration status and resolve any sync issues

Available Integrations ​

Cal.com Integration ​

Cal.com - Enable automatic meeting scheduling during phone calls. Your AI assistant can check availability, offer time slots, and book appointments seamlessly with your Cal.com calendar.

Compleet Integration ​

Compleet - Connect with Compleet's comprehensive business suite for workforce management, vendor management, recruiting, and employee self services to automate workflows and synchronize data.

Zvoove Integration ​

Zvoove - Connect with Zvoove's HR management platform to synchronize candidate data and automate recruitment workflows.

GitHub Integration ​

GitHub - Automatically synchronize knowledge base content from GitHub repositories. Keep your AI assistant updated with documentation, FAQs, and other knowledge stored in your GitHub repositories.


Getting Started ​

  1. Navigate to the Integrations section from the main menu
  2. Browse available integrations and click Connect on the one you need
  3. Follow the setup instructions for your chosen integration
  4. Configure data synchronization settings
  5. Test the connection to ensure everything works correctly

Best Practices ​

  • Security: Keep your API keys secure and don't share them
  • Testing: Always test integrations in a development environment first
  • Monitoring: Regularly check integration status and logs
  • Documentation: Keep track of your integration configurations

Integration Cleanup ​

When you delete an assistant, all integrations connected to that assistant are automatically removed from the system. This ensures that:

  • No orphaned integration configurations remain
  • Your integration list stays clean and accurate
  • Data consistency is maintained across the platform

You don't need to manually disconnect integrations before deleting an assistant.
