Coveto Integration

Connect your KI Agency platform with Coveto to sync new applications into campaigns.

What this integration does

  • Campaign synchronization: Imports new applications from Coveto into your campaign
  • Optional pushback: Can send call outcomes back to Coveto
  • Simple setup: Connect with your API key and Coveto customer number

Before you start

You need:

  • Access to your Coveto account
  • A Coveto API key
  • Your Coveto customer number (kundennummer)

Your Coveto URL usually looks like: https://<kundennummer>.coveto.de


Set up Coveto

  1. Open Integrations in the main menu
  2. Find Coveto
  3. Click Connect
  4. Enter your API key
  5. Enter your kundennummer (only the customer number part)
  6. Save the connection

After setup, the Coveto card should show as connected.


Use Coveto in a campaign

  1. Open a campaign
  2. Open the Coveto Trigger tab
  3. Enable the integration
  4. Configure your settings:
    • Optional filter text for matching contacts
    • Optional references
    • Application Status (optional): filter incoming applications by status. You can enter either the numeric status ID or the status name (e.g. New or 42).
    • Pushback on/off

Pushback note

Coveto supports pushback of call outcomes, including status-based pushback.
You can map each call result (green / yellow / red / not answered) to a specific Coveto application status.


Good to know

  • After you change campaign integration settings, the next run checks all available contacts again.
  • Keep your API key private and only share access with authorized users.
