HR4YOU Integration

Connect your KI Agency platform with HR4YOU to sync new applicants into campaigns.

What this integration does

• Campaign synchronization: Imports new applicants from HR4YOU into your campaign
• Optional pushback: Can send call outcomes back to HR4YOU
• Status mapping support: Can map call outcomes to specific HR4YOU statuses

Before you start

You need:

• Access to your HR4YOU account
• Your HR4YOU API key
• Your HR4YOU username

Set up HR4YOU

1. Open Integrations in the main menu
2. Find HR4YOU
3. Click Connect
4. Enter your API key
5. Enter your username
6. Save the connection

After setup, the HR4YOU card should show as connected.

Use HR4YOU in a campaign

1. Open a campaign
2. Open the HR4YOU Trigger tab
3. Enable the integration
4. Configure your settings:
   • Optional filter text for matching contacts
   • Optional references
   • Application Status (optional): filter incoming applicants by status ID or status name (for example 42 or New)
   • Benutzergruppe (optional): filter by group ID or group name
   • Pushback on/off

Pushback note

HR4YOU supports pushback of call outcomes, including status-based pushback.
You can map each call result (green / yellow / red / not answered) to an HR4YOU status.

Good to know

• After you change campaign integration settings, the next run checks all available contacts again.
• Keep your API key private and only share access with authorized users.
